Show the damage.
And the wall around it.

LC lists repairs and drywall among its services, including wall patching for rental turnovers. Clear photos help explain what you are asking to have repaired.

A close-up tells
half the story.

A wider view helps show where the repair sits and what is around it. Add these details to your message.

Start with the whole area

Show the wall, ceiling or room containing the problem. Include nearby corners, trim or doors that help locate it.

Then show the damage

Take a clear, well-lit close-up. Include an everyday object for scale, and describe the approximate size in your message.

Add what you know

Say when you noticed it, whether it has changed and whether the cause is known. Photos help describe the job; they do not determine the full repair.

Mention the finish

Say whether you also want to discuss repainting after the repair, and whether other walls or rooms need attention.

Preparing a painting request

Not sure how to describe it?

Start with a plain description and the photos you have. Ask LC whether the work is within its scope before making arrangements.
