Which rooms.
Which surfaces.
What needs changing.

LC offers painting and flooring, including repainting and flooring repair or replacement as part of rental turnovers. A little room-by-room detail makes a clearer request.

Start with the surfaces.

List the rooms and whether you want to discuss walls, ceilings, trim or more than one surface. Show the existing condition rather than only a color reference.

  • Room names and approximate sizes
  • Peeling, staining, holes or other visible damage
  • Areas that need patching before paint
  • Furniture or occupancy that could affect access
Also need drywall repairs?

Show what’s there now.

Photograph the existing floor, the damaged area and the room as a whole. If you are unsure of the material, say so and include a clear close-up.

  • Rooms and approximate floor areas
  • The material currently in place, if known
  • Whether you want to discuss a fix or replacement
  • Doorways, edges and transitions to other floors
